For some small businesses the input required to engage with customers via social media channels is proving just one step too far at the moment.

A combination of not really understanding whether or not social media is going to be relevant to their particular business is just one of the frustrations many feel at having to fit more into their already busy schedules.

I’m not going to try to persuade you one way or another whether biting the bullet, with  regards social media, is the way forward for you.  However, I think this video from The Social Media Examiner, is worth a viewing.
